Cancellation Policy
Please arrive on time! Every client will receive a 10 minute grace period. After 15 mins late your appointment will be cancelled and classified as a no-show. If you wish to reschedule/cancel, please notify me at least 24 hrs prior to avoid cancellation fees. If notified within the 24 hrs, you’ll be charged 50% of the service. No-shows will be charged 70% of the service.
